Originally built as a leisure vessel for the owner’sfather, it is named an ode to the first business he set up, called Anggrek. With a large central open plan living area with large sofas anddining space and three spacious cabins capable of sleeping two people in each, there is plenty of room to relax and go about daily activities.

Anggrek in the Indonesian language means Orchid. Orchids are a favorite flower among many and are unique from other floweringplants. Our Boat is the same! Anggrek is a 16.8m long, custom aluminums catamaran.
Anggrek Cruise is a custom-built aluminums catamaran designed to accommodate for 8 guests for living on board, and maximum 12 guest for daily cruise in a level of comfort and safety rarely seen in similar sized vessels. Anggrek was built and renovated incooperation with an industry-leading shipyard in Indonesia to include all the safety systems and construction techniques typically onlyfound in much larger vessels. Anggrek aims to provide the next level of safety and enjoyment for our guests, from integrated firedetection and suppression systems to water-jet engines.
Anggrek Cruises is the joint adventure between Indonesia’s leading shipyards and a Liveaboard director with 15 years of experience on boats in the Indonesian archipelago. Anggrek is our first Boat to launch, and we aim to provide a level of safety and comfort not currently readily available. By focusing on comfort and an extensive range of activities, we can appeal to a larger market while remaining affordably priced! With the support of our partners, we can maintain a level of service and operation unmatched in our category.
